The Winner of Survivor Tocantins The Brazilian Highlands Is…

Posted by REALITY REHASH on May 17, 2009 under CBS, Survivor Tocantins | Be the First to Comment

It’s Survivor Finale time and either Erinn, JT, Stephen or Taj will take home the one million dollar prize. Coach went last time, finally, so it seems the JT/Stephen alliance isn’t as tight as once thought. All four returned to camp excited to be in the final four with old Jalapao three being most confident. JT was worried about Stephen getting jury votes thanks to the Coach vote, while Stephen felt it was beneficial for JT as he’ll now get Coach’s vote. Odds are good for Stephen and JT to be in the finals, but he may soon realize that JT cannot be beaten. The next morning Taj and Stephen talked alone and Taj discussed that JT was the biggest threat but both said they couldn’t vote him out. Erinn talked about being the last Timberia member and knew she would have to fight to stay. Her one hope was immunity and winning that guaranteed a Timberia member in the final three.

The immunity challenge was in the shape of a large spider with its legs as tunnels to different sacks of puzzle pieces. They would have to go through each tunnel for the pieces and then put together a web shaped puzzle to win the immunity. JT was through first followed by Taj and Stephen, Erinn was lagging which made things look rather disappointing for her. JT was on his second bag while some barely got back with their first, proving he’s a strong competitor but Taj slowed him down by going the opposite direction in the one tunnel. JT was still able to get all puzzle pieces first while Stephen was behind by a few minutes. Jeff kept saying it was a hard puzzle, which gave everyone a shot so it was a close showdown once all four were through and working on it. Erinn worked quickly on her puzzle while JT was close to finishing. She’s been good with puzzles the entire season and with JT screwing up towards the end it was a close battle. JT won with Erinn having a few pieces left, meaning she’s probably going home while JT continues to dominate the immunities.

The Dragon Slayer Gets Slayed On Survivor Tocantins

Posted by REALITY REHASH on May 14, 2009 under CBS, Survivor Tocantins | Be the First to Comment

In the newly Jalapao majority Forza, things are getting interesting as the alliance must now start eating their own. Back at camp after Debbie went home, Coach was shocked yet again by Debbie being voted out and her being the one who voted for him. Coach then became speechless and finally realized that he no longer had power: it was all in JT and Stephen’s hands. Not sure why it took so long for people to realize the power duo, but in the end Coach somewhat gave in and simply wants to know when he’ll be leaving. Sierra didn’t even do that… showing that the dragon slayer may not be as strong as he thinks. The next morning Coach talked to JT and Stephen, basically telling them he is now in debt to them and he will vote how they want. However, he tries to sway their decisions and tells the two that Erinn should go to Exile and be the next voted out. Of course he doesn’t want to go to Exile, but he makes up the excuse that his lungs are charred, his back hurts and that he has asthma. And that is only the start of why he shouldn’t go to Exile. The two guys don’t buy it though as they realize those things haven’t hurt him before and think he’s scared of Exile. I’d probably have to agree with them, but hey I mean if he can survive the Amazon near death experience, I’m sure he can survivor Exile.

At the reward challenge the final five had to run through a maze in the shape of SURVIVOR. Their legs would be shackled and only certain lanes would lead them to the end. There they had to build a pole, grab a sand bag and knock over three targets. The first to do so would win a trip to a resort, get a nice bed and another feast. JT was in the lead for the entire challenge as he went through the correct lanes, with Coach following behind. They both got to the end together and began putting their poles together while the other three lagged behind. JT was able to grab his pole first though, and knocked over all three targets before anyone even had a hold of their bags. That gave JT yet another reward win and it allowed him to send Coach to Exile. Before he left, Coach said he would not eat, drink or sleep while there and Erinn spoke up. She said that was a martyr move as he wanted his trip to be the worst, and a “reason” for why he would lose the immunity. Coach lashed back by going off on a rather long tangent, saying that he doesn’t care what people will say about him and that his body is basically dieing. I doubt that’s true… but maybe in his mind. As Coach walked away JT chose to take Stephen with him on the reward. It was an obvious choice, and should make Taj really wonder where she stands.

Tammy and Victor Win The Amazing Race 14

Posted by REALITY REHASH on May 10, 2009 under Amazing Race, CBS, Survivor Micronesia | 3 Comments to Read

The Amazing Race 14 is down to the final leg and tonight either Margie/Luke, Tammy/Victor or Cara/Jaime will win the one million dollar prize. Leaving from China, finally, the teams headed out for Hawaii. Tammy and Victor were off first and were told to go to their final destination: Maui. They learned that the first flight was the next morning, meaning all three teams would catch up and it was any one’s game in Hawaii. In Hawaii it was all about finding a certain beach and Margie/Luke fell behind rather quickly. She wanted their driver to speed, and for once he told her it was illegal too. At the beach the teams would then have to season and move a roasted pig to a luau. Tammy/Victor were there first followed right behind by Cara/Jaime. Both were carrying their pigs when Luke/Margie arrived but quickly got things done and were also carrying their pig across the beach.

During this portion of the task Tammy and the girls were having issues with the pig. This allowed Margie/Luke to pass both teams and finish the task in first, while Jaime/Cara struggled thanks to Cara continually dropping the stick. Jaime freaked out on her like she was a foreign taxi driver, showing she’s not racist. She just can’t keep her mouth shut. Tammy and Victor finally made it to the luau followed by Jaime and Cara. Margie/Luke finished their pig while the other teams arrived and were off on a ski jet to find a clue among 100 buoys. It was probably meant to equalize the teams but could prove helpful considering how far ahead Margie/Luke seem to be. At the ski-jets Margie was off to find the buoy, there she and Luke had a bit of a scream since he kept yelling “Mama” which we learned is annoying her lately. Apparently it annoyed her so much that she dumped both of them off the jet, sending them into the water and allowing the other two teams to catch up.

Power Friendship Continues To Dominate Survivor Tocantins

Posted by REALITY REHASH on May 7, 2009 under CBS, Survivor Tocantins | Be the First to Comment

With Sierra leaving last time, Survivor Tocantins has no obvious vote this round so the game can go in many different directions. Back at camp the group were excited to be the final six but Coach was angry about Erin and Taj voting for someone other then Sierra. He still thinks that the”Warrior Alliance”; is in tact, which isn’t going to happen, and he doesn’t want people who "don’t play the game" as much as him still there. Debbie was the one who got his rant and went back to camp, somewhat annoyed at his constant complaints.Well that was a bit surprising, they are skimping on the intro again. Why haven’t they learned that this makes people mad… WE LIKE THE INTRO! Editors need to get the point.

The next morning Debbie was all about voting out Coach and discussed it with JT. He seemed somewhat against the idea though, realizing how big of a strategist Debbie has become. Down by the river, Stephen and JT bash Debbie and her annoying sayings. They were shocked when she showed up and listened to her claim she is with only them two. As she left they bashed her again and said how she’s acting so nice and naive, yet playing one of the biggest games there. I don’t see it. Of course she’s playing both sides right now, but other then this Debbie hasn’t done too much.

Quick Pee Break Ends the Race for One on Amazing Race 14

Posted by REALITY REHASH on May 3, 2009 under Amazing Race, CBS | 2 Comments to Read

Last week’s Amazing Race left us with a cliffhanger as Kisha/Jen struggled at the Detour and Phil handed Cara/Jaime their clue to continue the leg. They weren’t too happy but were forced to stay in Beijing, China and battle it out for their final three spot. Jaime/Cara weren’t as upset as I thought but Margie/Luke weren’t enjoying the continuation. They were frustrated that they had to stay on the road and Margie was just overall crabby. After arriving at their location from Phil, Jaime/Cara had to search for the Travelocity Roaming Gnome. Oh product placement. Margie and Luke arrived next, also on the hunt while Tammy/Victor received their clue from Phil. I bet they were happy to stay in China! Jen/Kisha were probably the most happy out of the four teams, considering they weren’t going home. Jen couldn’t believe it, but they were just lucky they didn’t have to put up with a speed bump!

Now with all four teams looking for the gnome it was going to decide how they move on. Margie/Luke found the first and were told to move on and find an electric bicycle. Jaime/Cara found theirs next, keeping the two pal teams rather close in the end. After Tammy/Victor and Jen/Kisha found their gnomes it was off to the Forbidden City, which only Tammy/Victor knew about. They were able to arrive their first and found their bikes, which took them awhile to realize it was electric. Margie/Luke arrived next followed by Jen/Kisha, putting Jaime/Cara in last after coming in fake first. After finding the clue, Tammy and Victor were told to do their next Detour. Either Opera, where they had to be a princess and gentleman or Waiter where they had to recite orders in Mandarin. Seems like Tammy/Victor will have the advantage considering they already speak Mandarin.
