Big Brother Creator Seeks YOUR Reality Show Ideas!
You know a reality producer is hard up for a new idea when they create a website asking people to pitch them their ideas for a reality show. Of course I sound like I dislike the idea but in all honestly I love it! John de Mol, the creator of Big Brother, Fear Factor, Deal or No Deal and several other shows is looking for fresh reality content. His new site talpacreative.com is now open for anyone to submit their idea for a new reality show. They are also offering some incentives for you to participate. If you’re show is selected to go into full production you will be a part of it and also receive payment for it. Also if you are the “most active member of the month” you can receive $500. If you’ve had ideas for the perfect reality show floating in your head, here is your chance to make it a reality.

I’m a Senior Chief in the U.S. NAVY. I really hate it when the cast on Big Brother start crying and whining about how much they miss there family, pets, cousins, etc etc…. When they have only been in that house for at the most 3 months!!! We sailors go to sea for a minimum of 6 months, and a lot of times don’t know when we are coming home or if we will live through the deployment!!!
My idea for a reality show, is to let me and a few of my fellow chiefs from the US Navy, make up a show of how it’s like to be on a deployment… They can still be in the house, but we would put challenges out to them and get them to feel like they are part of something bigger than themselves!!!

Everyone is sick and tired of what is going on in California. No one wants to here about Laguna Beach anymore, how about you turn to the East Coast, more specifically Connecticut. Get involved with the rich spoiled and acutally real drama of the kids here, now that is what people want to see.

My idea for a reality show is “Pumas vs. Cougars. It will take girls and women 21-29 and 30-39 on challenges both mental and phsical to see which age group is stronger. The challenges will consist of dating games, trivia, maturity, physical activity, confidence and control. Hope you like it.

This idea would be a drama that follows a group of middle class young women from an average town in Philadlphia called “The Streets”. There won’t be any fancy dresses or restaurants but a few young women who are striving to be as successful as life will allow them. The hard search for a career, love, happiness and security which doesn’t come from daddy’s pocket. Most drama reality shows leave you saying nothing but OMG, these people are just rich kids whos fame is being handed to them. Why are we making the rich richer? Give us REGULAR people a chance to actually bring tears to your eyes or make you laugh harder than you ever have or even just allow viewers to remember that there still are people who work hard to get far in life. Kids who are taking care of Ma and Pa. I am one of those people and I know that people would watch because this is REAL REALITY. Hope you like.

There’s a group of paranormal investigators in West Texas, of all places, that are doing some pretty cool things…they’ve been on TV before and stuff…so if you wanted to go down that route, they’d be a good group to look at. http://www.wtpis.org is their website.

My name is Jerrod, but to my closest friends and brothers i am simply “Zip-It”. I am a member of one of the oldest motorcycle clubs in existence, The Original Wild Ones, BOOZEFIGHTERS MC. we do two things as often as possible and we do them well, riding and partying. we are not, nor have we ever been an outlaw club. we don’t try to front like alot of other clubs. we dont want respect through fear, we just want to be respected for the traditions that we hold dear and try to carry on today. if you want to know more check out the History channel, National Geographic, and Discovery websites. we have been on them all(and not one involves an undercover police sting, LOL).
I Believe that if you would attach a camera crew to myself and a few of my brothers you would have television gold. We are located threw out the world, but my Chapter is in Denton Texas, just north of Ft. Worth where we spend the majority of our time. With the success of “Sons of Anarchy” the world has taken a big interest in The biker world. We have group events for charitys. We have prospects who have to earn the patch on their backs threw some of the funniest actions you will ever see. We have partys that are by far more fun and completly different than anything you see on something like “the Hills”. I can be reached by E mail at jlovern87@yahoo.com.
Thankyou

My idea is to have an experienced guide(s) take a group of people on the Appalachian Trail. See who would make the entire way, who would stop before the start, who will make it half way?? There would be a lot of fights and triumphs, lots of tears and moments of happiness.
I think that the people chosen for this show should be on multiple experience levels.
PBS did Colonial House and another time period show a couple years ago, and I loved watching it.
Thank you for your consideration.
Also, I have always been in favor of a reality show that follows teachers. Everyday for us is completly different from the last.
