Tickets Now Available for the Reality Star Trivia Showdown Benefiting Child United!
General seating now available to watch fans compete
against their favorite reality television stars from Solitary 3.0 and Survivor to raise money for Child United.
Come on down to the
Sportsmen’s Lodge in Studio City, CA on Sunday, 06 December 2009 for an exciting night of pub trivia with your favorite stars from reality
television! Already confirmed reality stars include Nikki Knight, Rob "Rob Rob" Hakel, Leroy Patterson, and Maureen Francisco from "Solitary 3.0"
and Alexis Jones and TBA players from "Survivor." Luc Wall, recently chosen by LA Weekly as best trivia host (Fox & Hounds), has signed on to host
the celebrity tournament for this event.
Player tickets for fans and general admission “cheering section” tickets are now on sale.
All who attend the event will be able to participate in a memorabilia raffle, as well as celebrity Meet & Greets for autograph and photo
opportunities. For all the up-to-date ticket information please visit: http://www.ibginc.org/tickets.
Proceeds from the event will benefit
Child United, a non-profit organization promoting education for children in third world countries through a number of different programs, including
supporting children who are trying to finish high school (by providing books, backpacks, shoes, etc). In addition, they are providing critical
assistance to multiple areas of the Philippines following the catastrophic typhoons that have hit the region.
The event will be hosted by IBG
Inc. and the “I’m Not Here To Make Friends” podcast. Founded in late 2008, IBG established an official non-profit campaign focusing
on utilizing the power of philanthropy through the arts to benefit a wide range of charities worldwide. IBG acts as a “fundraiser
facilitator” for underfunded and start-up charities that would otherwise struggle with the logistics and costs associated with event
fundraising.
“I’m Not Here To Make Friends” is a weekly podcast hosted by Allison Nowacki and Bryan J Polk about
what’s going on in the world of reality shows. They laugh at, dissect and discuss several shows each week as well as answer messages from
listeners.
